Response Of Papaya (Carica papaya L.) Seeds Growth To The Gibberellin (GA3) and Cow Biourine

Papaya propagation from seeds has a major problem, namely seed germination takes relatively long time. Experiments to determine the effect of gibberellin and cow bio urine concentrations on growth papaya seedlings were carried out at Main Horticultural Seed Center Agriculture Livestock Service Office Buleleng Regency with an altitude ± 200 m above sea level. The experiment used factorial randomized block design consisting two factors, concentration bovine urine. Application significantly affected plant height, root length, wet weight, oven-dry leaf total fresh weight. Gibberellin 150 ppm gave highest weight 14.63 g 1.44 respectively compared other treatments. had significant very height 40 DST 47 dd, stem Biourine ml.l-1 yield in per plant, 1.19 g. combination length plant.
